Found out that another great-grandchild is due in the Spring. That will bring the total to 4, unless there are twins in the midst.

Enjoy a wonderful life with my husband of almost 54 years!
AND
Stay healthy and enjoy my 3 "girls" (and their husbands) my 12 grandchildren, and my twin great-grandsons that are 6 and my NEXT great-grandchild due next January!

*get all my annual check ups done (in process)

*make time for 1-on-1 dates with each kiddo

*get in a regular routine for the fitness center

*research Whole30 plan

*date nights with Hubby

My spring goals are different from past years:
Stress less
get 6-8 hours sleep
walking workout program with strength 2 times a week
eat healthy
drink plenty of water
Make it a point to do something fun- be it from my NC bucket list

The main point is to appreciate each and every day, be thankful & grateful and somehow remain positive.
