That is awesome! Congratulations on losing 50 lbs!! I get bored easily. I got a treadmill this past weekend and even though I have wanted one for 2 years, I still have to force myself to use it. I got a good deal on it though and at least my daughter can use it as well.

I am not a big fan of exercise. However, I am working with a coach who tells me which workout to do every day (cardio, weight, etc.) and hold me accountable. I have to text him when I'm done working out. If I don't, I hear about it! I have bad knees, so he takes that into account when putting together my workouts. It's a terrific arrangement, as I have knocked off more than 50 pounds in the last 6 months.

Let's do this!

I Love Running. Actually I love all forms of exercise. I do not go to a gym right now so I work out with DVD's on the Beaches of Hawaii.. A great blend of Cardio, Toning and Weights.. I usually do every day some form of exercise. I am a Fitness Fanatic..

I don't enjoy exercise that much. When I was young, I liked to ride a bike, but even my recumbent bike hurts my knees these days. I mostly walk in my neighborhood and do a short SparkPeople strength training video a few times a week.

What is your favorite form of exercise? I love running, but it was too hard on my joints so I had to give it up. emoticon I had to quit the gym due to personal reasons and I haven't had the motivation to workout at home. I can't even get up early like I used to! I like to walk so I'm going to ramp that up a notch and see how it goes. I need to start strength training again as well.
