Yes we all make mistakes but we just pick back up the pieces and start all over again. That's in the past so now we in the future. So don't keep feeling bad let kick this thing. YOU CAN DO THIS.

I did this at work, a couple of weeks ago! I, also, had 2 pieces! Now, they ALL know that I'm trying to get in shape, but they still bought pizza! I decided that I wasn't going to pass on it! So, I found the 2 smallest pieces, and ate them! I felt a little guilty, but I also felt good for my choice!

Don't beat yourself up when there are small setbacks! Just forge ahead, and remember, that "cheating" every once in a while, won't derail your weight loss, unless you let it!

Mind over body! The body is strong, but the mind is stronger!

So I figured that this is a good of a place to come clean. To my husband he does not truly understand the struggles of me exercising and trying to eat healthier. Well last night we went to my in-law's house and my husband volunteered to pick up pizza for everyone. Really pizza. I was just going to eat a light snack until we got home to fix me something healthier but the smell go to me. I did not eat one but I ate two slices of pizza. I know we are all going to have good and bad days. After our bad days we need to be alright with what we have done and get back to the goals that we are trying to achieve.
