What do you mean by logging on to Colorado for fitness minutes? Is there some place on the team where that is logged on? I only know of the one under the trackers tab.

...me again...by any chance did you long on to Colorado for fitness minutes? I looked but did not see you......I could have skipped you ...maybe? Let me know

It looks to me that you are posting in the right area. For technical questions or "how to" like the grouping foods, you can also go under message boards if no one can answer your question here. Then you will usually get someone who works for SP.

Congratulations on your weight loss. I don't think I did that well when I started. Got going pretty well when I was doing low carb, but when we did the play at Easter they always had high carbs and I haven't been able to get back with it.

It has been an interesting week, but I achieved my goal to lose 2 lbs. Not sure how I did though. My fat seems to be over 50% of the time and my fiber is way low. I love the way tracking gives me this info though so I can work on those areas.

My 2nd week I am going to concentrate on the exercise aspect more. Also since I am new and joined Spark Colorado if I am not doing my posts in the correct areas, please someone let me know.
