I just bought one...well...another one.
WALMART! Under $10 with the pump and instructions with photos how to do the exercises.
I was working out on my...foot stool at home or piling pillows up. lol
I like the stability ball so much...NOW...I invested in one.

I also like the band but my favorite exercise tool this summer has been my bike. I can ride bike better than i can walk so have covered quite a few miles on the bike this summer.

One of the best tools I find is a band. You can get them for fairly cheap and they can be used in SO many ways (as the Spark videos show)

I'd be careful with things from Walmart though. I bought a heart rate watch there and took it back 3 days later, their stuff breaks really easy.

I bought my exercise equipment at Wal Mart and through my State Farm Insurance company also. It was free for us Silver people(Senior Citizens). My cats put a hole in my Ball so no longer have that.

You can buy the exercise equipment at any sporting goods store, Sears, JCPenney, and Sam's club. Check around your local area, that way you could use cash, check and/or money orders.

As for not having a ball, you can still do the exercises without one. However, you can get one pretty reasonable at any of the places mentioned above.

Here's to working out!!
