I need to focus on staying focused so I am decluttering as much as I can in every part of my life. Pretty much it is just getting back to basics and slowly building back up. So I guess my focus would be starting over.

Today I am making clean meals, doing some cardio, perhaps walking the dogs if the weather permits, and being thankful for all that God has provided me with; including the strength to better myself inside-out!
