I too will never be a full vegetarian. I am working to be an ethical meat eater. We hunt so there will always be venison. My next step is to cut out the grocery store from my meat purchases (as there are no grass fed options in my small town). I have found quite a number of viable options to get local farm meat so I'm excited.

I will never go completely meatless since I do love most fishes, and I love chicken and venison ( when I can get it). But I've been eating a lot more veggies and cutting back on the red meats and pork.

Does anyone else follow this blog? I recently started reading it, and enjoy it very much. He has good guidelines. While I am not going to be vegan or even full vegetarian he has a really healthy attitude toward food. I just started trying his smoothie & salad a day idea - we'll see how I stick with it!
