Did you have a chance to read it? What did you think if you did?

Thanks for the information. I thought I had read all of his books, but this one was new for me and also "Leafy Greens". Thankfully they had both at the library, so they are on their way to me now.

I have a binging problem too. I read some articles on this website about emotional eating because I believe that is why I do it.

I do breakfast dinner occasionally, so that I'm tempted to have eggs for breakfast.

I am thinking of trying a tofu scramble to see what that is like too to help with the craving for scrambled eggs.

I have not read this book, but I plan on getting it. I already live like this for the most part. Although, I do have eggs for breakfast at times, but I have a vegan lunch (I pack myself) and then at home I eat a sensible dinner.

At least that is my plan, but unfortunately, I do binge periodically on junk food which is my main problem that I have in maintaining my goals.

I'm really enjoying his book. It makes sense and I think it is something I can really make a lifestyle out of. I like eggs too, so I just do a breakfast for dinner every once in a while.

I haven't read this book yet, but I have read his columns and blogs about the subject. I tried doing vegan breakfasts and lunches, and it worked OK for a while. Then I added eggs back into my breakfasts. But I notice that I feel lighter but still satisfied after eating vegan meals.

How's it going so far?

Hey There Fellow - Flexitarians!

Have any of you read this book? I am just starting it today and wanted to see what others have thought about it. I plan to share what I think as I go through it. I think it may be just what I'm looking for in my diet design.
