used the same tone the coworker used on me. was taking a stand. speaking up for myself. told her it wasn't nice. it sounded like she was mad at me and the kids around us. she respects me now. we can converse without the competition.

I gathered up some motivation and hit the gym for a harder workout. Did some interval training in which I ran for a few then walked for a few. After that I hit the elliptical for another hour. All in all I feel fantastic from all of the exercise. I'm so glad I went to the gym...

Ya'll may laugh, but after I did my 60 minute COMBAT workout, I went bowling AND walking....for the first time EVER, I was in PAIN while BOWLING!

I set a goal for a Challenge that I am doing, it was to get up at 9am....I reached that goal, and was actually up a few minutes before 9....big deal for me! lol
