Things seem to be better. Maybe it was just a "phase" or something. My body seems to change over my cycle. I'm trying to be more observant and I have been a LOT better about taking my herbs and progesterone. So maybe that is making the major difference.

I don't have any good suggestions, but I definitely hope that a return to what has helped before will help you again. If it's time to go to the doc anyway, bringing the issue up then can't hurt though.

I hope you find relief - it is just no fun to be in pain.
Take care, T

I have done yoga in the past, but due to lack of funds i haven't gone to my Hot Yoga class in awhile. That class helps with my headaches as well.

the pain I've been having more often lately is pain with sex. But maybe my lack of yoga has been contributing to that factor. Time to go back i guess! or at least do it at home (maybe not hot)

It probably is time for me to go back to my gynecologist. I've just been feeling more off lately anyways.

Thanks for listening!

I use yoga/pilates and walking to cope with my endo - not sure if you have tried these (or other) exercises. When I have super bad pain, just stretching seems to help me.
If you are having uncharacteristic pain, though, perhaps a trip to the doctor is in order to ensure something besides just your endo is causing your pain; particularly if you are having any other symptoms (fever or bowel changes for example). I found out I had an ulcer - taking care of this problem has reduced some of my abdominal pain.
Hope you find relief! Take care!

IF we are still alive, can someone help me or point me in a good Endo support group?

I'm having pain I usually don't have (but would get on very rare occasions). I wanted to check in with my Endo sisters before I have to force myself to find money to go to my doctor!

I'm doing an herb/progesterone combination and it has helped (when i do it right!) over the last couple years. I can explain more the pain if i get response to this.
