Sorry I'm a little slow in responding to this...

(now, to see if I remeber what I came up with...)
info about connections between endo and other conditions.
a thread about what dietary changes can help with endo (I only say that because I don't think i've seen mention soley of that anywhere), and recipes...

as far as ecercise, since we can't always exercise every day, maybe a challenge to exercise 15 mins a day 3-4 days a week, or as many days a week as a person can, something like that.

okay, those are my thoughts.... i think that's all of them...

Last month was REALLY AWFUL.....as I've posted before I believe, that's why I asked if anyone was out there, I felt awful, in pain, so alone, it was just really a bad month and soooooo depressed.

I just need an ear or 4, especially when I'm down.

I'm a set of ears as well and always willing to listen.

I could use help in controling pain without over the counter meds, which don't always work anyways.

I'm not giving hysterectomy a thought as we really hope for another baby in the next couple of years.
So I suffer in pain every single month and wonder why, but THAT IS WHY.

Josey ~ So happy to see you back girl.

Kris ~ You are an awesome girl too, my thoughts are with you on your hysterectomy journey, always know that I am here for you, no judgement, only ears! :)

Today has been a hard one for me. It was a good one all last week, but the Endo kicked me in my butt today. I am going to curl up with a hand full of medicine, my heating pad, and try to just relax. I MUST go to work tomorrow and be able to work. So that is my udate- Who's next??? Kris
