I'll post here before I go....

I don't really know for sure, I'll always tell the truth whether it comes back to bite me or not, I haven't stuck with anything for 1 reason or another.

I recently tried going to a Jenny Craig facility but felt VERY uncomfortable there.
It was a few months ago now and I didn't sign up because of the expense ($300.00 just to be a member, NOT including the food PER WEEK).
The girl giving me the whole rundown kept rolling her eyes because I had to bring my son with me that day and of course he doesn't want to sit and listen, he's at that age, yes I will discipline when needed but he was bored, usual for that age.
I just didn't feel like she cared about me, as a person, I felt like it was make up your mind today or get out sort of attitude, like I wasted her time by not signing on the dotted line that day.
I keep getting mesages on my cell too but have no intention of going back there.

So, I need some advice, I'm not quite sure what to begin.

I have a huge sweet tooth/teeth all of them to be exact.
I am an emotional eater, you know, eating for no particualr reason.
And to be honest, I really hate exercising, I used to with a friend nearby but she'd say do this or that and if it wasn't right, I'd get mad and say, oh forget it.

So....I don't know, after getting myself hurt Tues. night at the gym, maybe start out with babysteps, walking I like but wish I had someone to do that with and when it snows, I hate going outside anyways, oh what to do.

what would you like to incorporate but have found it hard to find the time or motivation?
