Ditto. Great article. I totally agree with all of it. Starting to eat breakfast since April has been a huge breakthrough for me. I can alto attest to the need to not overtrain. I started out like a powerhouse and I am a bit burned down today. I plan a light workout and some walking and will pick up a little less obsessively after that. :)

Great article! There is sooo much good information on here:) A lot of it hits home and I am printing it out and posting it. I feel like I need a huge place just to save my Spark material! Thanks!

Sure Debra, I think that would be a great idea for one of our challenges. Each the co-leaders and I are going to try and put together something new for everyone. We hope you will all enjoy it.

For those of you who are also members of my Mediterranean Way Team you probably noticed that we are gearing up for summer challenges there too. I will try and keep the challenges different so you will have some diversity and will participate in those also.

I hope you will enjoy them. We want this team to be the #1 Team on Spark People!

in the july challenge are we still going to have the no junk food??? i'm on day 26 without a bite of junk food.... just wondering how long the streak will be.

In preparation for the upcoming July challenges I thought it may be important for us to review a few things to help us get our Fitness Programs into full swing.

I know that many of us have already been working really hard to get our fitness plans into action, but I also know that may of us, and I include myself, are still struggling to find that key to success.
