We eat them quite often as they're easy to grab on the way to work and heat up at lunch time. My DH only has 30 minutes for lunch, not enough time to drive, get something & drive back. I feel they're healthier than what he would be grabbing at a fast food place. We usually add a piece of fruit to it.

Thats interesting to know.
I keep some in the freezer and if i know my husband will be late home and eating out then I tend to have one.

This is disturbing but I guess not really surprising considering how things are these days. I keep some of the frozen dinners in the freezer when we want something quick and don't want to cook. It's a convenience. I see a lot of people put them in the microwave at work. I try to stay with the lower calorie/fat meals but guess they are often a lot more than I think. Thanks for the heads up.

i watched that report on tv and got so agrivated. they can regulate the size of the ingredients. i know that pizza places have list of ingredients placed above them and the workers have to put the exact amounts listed of each item on the pizzas (except specials, etc.). the law gives them that 20% difference so these food makers just don't care. i eat lean cuisine spaghetti with meatsauce as my meal when no one else is here but me. i like it and i don't have to cook something for just me. i add mixed vegetables around it on my plate and pour the sauce over it

I usually just make a big pot of something and then put the extra servings into bags and freeze them. Cuts down on how much cooking I have to do (cooking is not my thing) and I know what everything is and it's all good stuff to eat.

Thanks for sharing! I don't eat them either but my hubby does. I don't buy their explanation that it is out of their control. We can send people to the moon but we can't make the same amount of chicken in each meal? The FDA doesn't seem to accomplish what it should.

One of the gals on another team posted this and I thought it was interesting. I can't eat these anymore because they all contain wheat, but I used to eat Lean Cuisines quite often.
