Good suggestion... I never thought that her dog might have a urinary track infection. That is really a possibility! Thank you for the suggestion WESTIEGAL1!

I'd take her to the vet and have them check her for urinary tract infection. Our nine year old had one of those and ended up going all over the furniture. I'd start with the vet and go from there.

No I haven't heard of that being a problem, but it makes sense. When dogs get older they tend to have similar problems to humans... and incontinence is one... unfortunately. Have you checked with your Vet? Maybe she can take a Rx that will help, or maybe she will have to start wearing panties.

Let us know what you find out.

For a while now Jolie has been leaving wet spots on the furniture but I thought she was drooling because there really was no odor. However, I just read online that incontinence can be a problem for spayed females. Jolie was spayed at a very young age and is now pushing 9 years of age.

Anybody else having an issue and, if so, what are you doing about it? I'm uncomfortable putting Jolie on a drug.
