I found this site for a home body fat test on another forum. This test requires measuring yourself. It is another way of measuring our success. It suggests doing the test once a month to track progress. Who's in for this challenge?

DON"T FORGET: once you get your weigh in dates up the next time you want to record your weight just click on the edit button at the bottom of your log and put in the next weight. This will keep all your weights together like mine and make it easier to check out your progress
