I'm down 3 lbs for the week. Very excited, I had lost 35 lbs from March to October, but had held since. I think tracking my food really makes me more conscience of what I'm putting in your mouth, even if I'm the only one that sees it.

I have lost 3lbs. yay!!!! my goal is to lose 2 lbs per week. so it isn't too too bad, considering there was a very little formal exercising involve :(

Down 2 lb this week. I was expecting to lose more but because of past ankle sprains I can't do a lot of exercising...but I'm doing better today. Walked 30 mins on the treadmill...first time in YEARS! My treadmill was used as a hanger for about two year...shame on me...LOL.

I don't know if I trust my scale, but it said 143.0 this week. More importantly, I stuck to my goal of working out 6 days last week. My goal this week is to work out Mon-Sat AND stick to the 1,550 cal diet plan. I do have more energy already, and that's what I'm aiming for.

First week back with making the effort to eat healthier and 2.5 lbs lost. Using the nutrition tracker keeps me mindful of what I am eating and kind of forcing me to make better choices. I like the fact I can take a pic on my phone and send it to Spark so I can do the log in later, but won't forget what I ate or the portions. Everyone keep moving forward. Here's to Monday!!

Hi all,

I'm 22 and my starting weight is about 170. I don't know exactly because I don't have a scale. I have plans to buy one, though, because I don't entirely trust the one at the gym at school. Ultimately, I'd like to drop between 20-30 pounds, but have started off with the short term goal of 10 by my birthday - 28 April.

Good Morning Everyone:

I weighed in at 199.5 lbs. this morning. I lost 6 pounds this week. I know it is only because I did my 30-minutes of cardio each day, ate right (high protein/high fiber/low fat/low sodium, and drank the water. I am so determined after all these years, to lose this weight. Please keep me on track. Good luck this week everyone.

hey everyone, I weighed myself last thursday and was surprised to see I weighed 154.6. I assumed my weight was around 160, so that was a pleasant surprise. I broke my diet pretty hardcore today: shrimp enchiladas, rice, and beans...but I am back on track tomorrow!

Hi all. My heaviest weight was 215, when I was pregnant with twins. I know that really doesn't count, but psychologically, it's really crushing to see the numbers climb, even though you know there's a good reason for it. So, I landed around 175 after they were born last year, and I want to lose a few more inches so my clothes fit me better. My scale needs a battery.
Last known weight: 148.

Okay so I signed up Monday and even though I've been eating healthier (or trying) for a couple of weeks, I'm waiting to see results a week from when I signed up here.
