Hey,I haven't chimed in with my fellow members of the "class of Feb. 8-14 before. I have been seeing a dietician and below are my monthly weight losses. But my dietician visits are over and I thought I would join you here and use this forum to help keep me motivated as I was with the dietician. I have been pretty good about losing weight but I need to find a way to stay motivated..... so hello all!
Here is a short "catch up" on my weight loss. My dietician recomended Spark People on my third visit as a way to keep track of my intake, but I included all my weigh ins with her not just the ones since joining SparK People.
