I usually eat half a multi grain english muffin with reduce fat american cheese melted on it or 1/2 C of orange sherbet.

1st 5%: -11 lbs = 212 MET!
2nd 5%: - 10.6lbs= 201.4 MET!
3rd 5%- 10.7= 190.7 MET!
4th 5% - 9.5 = 181.2 MET!
5th 5% - 9.06 = 172.14 MET!
6th 5% - 8.60 = 163.54

Hi, all my diabetic friends!

I struggle every night with this self-imposed "requirement" to have two slices of toast with butter before I go to bed. I justify it by saying it keeps my blood sugar from dropping too low during the night (which happens often). I don't know why it MUST be toast, but nothing else will do. Does anybody have a better idea for dealing with bed time snacks?
