When I am having my period or if I am SICK I noticed that my blood sugar readings do go up. Sometimes I've noticed too that if I am STRESSED about something I will see a spike in it too. So, all I can tell you is that I keep a journal and that helps me know when things happen and I also write down what I eat too.

Well that is my 2 cents if it helps !!

Hugs & blessings to all !!

Hmmm maybe that also a reason why my BS was 9.1 this morning I just started bleeding yesterday. What does TMI mean?

Hmmm...never really paid attention to that! I will have to watch and see if that's true for me also.

I apologize in advance if this is a 'TMI' topic, but it is a valid question.

Have you found that your blood sugar readings are higher when you're menstruating?

Mine shot up about 40 points on the first day of my cycle, and I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary. Just curious about this. THANK YOU!!! :)
