I am down 6 lbs for the week, I am happy for the loss but also know it was to much for one week. I have been eating lox fat and low calories because i just started toaking Alli and don't want any of the nast side effects. So far I have not had any, but i am going to start eating a little more. No reason to completly deprive myself

I just started on Monday but I don't want to weigh in until next week. I am still waiting for my cycle to get regular since I stopped breast-feeding...right now Aunt Flo's visits are always a surprise but I notice that I'm more lethargic and retaining water the last day or so...I don't want to step on the scale and be disappointed today. emoticon

I've been pretty consistent with exercise but have slipped up a lot in the eating department. emoticon emoticon I respond to emotional stress by eating unfortunately... something I need to work on. I also "taste" too much when I'm feeding the twins. I've got to stop that because there's really no way to count those calories.

My weight today is 154. So that's a GAIN of .4 lbs. Not a huge biggie. I'm glad I didn't gain any more than that. I just need to be more committed this week. That will be hard with Thanksgiving emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

MY GOAL: -2 lbs emoticon

Drink 8 glasses of water
Keep track of calories
Workout at least a little bit EVERY DAY emoticon

Hey ladies! I don't know about any of you but I know for myself, I am more likely to follow through with my goals if I share them with others. It makes me feel like people will be expecting success from me and therefore I deliver. It's all about accountability! emoticon

So I made this thread to see if anyone else is interested in sharing our weekly goals and weight loss. You could start today or any day just remember to always post on the same day. I'm at 153.6 now emoticon ! That's 3.6 lbs off from last Wed. My next goal is another two pounds in a week. Wish me luck! I will be hitting the gym at least 3x a week and tracking all of my calories (which is a struggle for me). Good luck to everyone and have a great week!
