I'm still logging my fitness and faithful to my Chalean Extreme. I'm on my second round of Burn and plan to cycle back through Push and Lean. I found it difficult to log the Lean for Life phase, so I'm increasing my weights on the other three months. I really enjoy all the facets of CE and hope I never tire of it. :) I got a little out of control with my eating in November and put on a couple of pounds, but was able to get back on track I think, so I'm just maintaining. I haven't made holiday cookies yet, but with just a few short days til the holiday, how bad can it be?

Welcome Deanna :) You'll love being a beachbody coach its so much fun! Yes unfortunately most of the bb teams on here have trickled out which stinks I've actually noticed it on a lot of my other non bb teams lately as well not sure what's up with that!

Wow! I am a new Beachbody Coach. I am so addicted to the Beachbody programs. What is with all these Beachbody teams? It seems they all have faded and barely any activity. I hope more will get active on these teams and keep eachother motivated. I am doing Chalean Extreme and Les Mills Pump. Greatest workouts ever!

Well I've been doing C extreme am in the Lean phase (2nd wk) I have had to stop a few times with flu, or minor injury to knee due to bad form but I'm back on track. I'm doing the beachbody challenges; there are svl challange groups on fb. I keep loosing (not sparkpeople) this particular page for Chalene. Anyway I hope I find u guys again. I'm interested in getting stronger and staying healthy. I am not aware of any health issues and I know many people my age and I don't want to be like the majority of them. Overweight (which I am), depressed (which I can be) lazy and unmotivated due to poor diet and poor activity etc. etc. etc.

I am not as active on this site as I used to be and I don't do Chalean Extreme anymore because I'm on a different workout program currently while I recover from knee surgery. With that said though, this is an awesome program and you are going to LOVE the results! Good luck!!
