I count it all as half too...I figure it evens out in the end but who knows. Sometimes I know I kept pretty much nothing down and track accordingly though...

I agree...there's no easy answer!

Good question! And not easy to answer! LOL

If I feel like I've lost everything I've eaten, then I won't bother tracking. If I think I kept down about half, then I use half of the amount of what I ate. I know your body can absorb calories of the food/liquids you try to keep down - even without digesting them. So it's easy to also assume that even when you vomit your body might have gotten the benefit of some of the calories, vitamins, minerals, etc.

Life's an adventure ... take it one step at a time and don't underestimate yourself! You're capable of more than you think you are! How do I know this? You're still here aren't you? That means you haven't given up!
