All of the studies listed below, were found on ClinicalTrials.gov, which is a service of the U.S. National Institutes of Health.

I just put gastroparesis in the search field and these all came up, plus ones that had recently closed or weren't taking any other patients at that time.

This study is (or maybe WAS) conducted by Yale University. You'd think if the study was finished they would say so, but it says they are still recruiting GPers who want to be in a study taking Domperidone.

Seven different participating locations are conducting a trial on Nortriptyline and GPers. Wikipedia says this about nortriptyline:

"Nortriptyline is a second-generation tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) marketed as the hydrochloride salt under the trade names SENSOVAL, AVENTYL, PAMELOR, NORPRESS, ALLEGRON and NORTRILEN. It is used in the treatment of major depression... In addition, it is sometimes used for chronic illnesses such as chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain and migraines, and labile affect in some neurological conditions.

This study is being conducted in at least 7 different locations throughout the U.S., so one of them might be close enough for you to consider.

"Detailed Description:

The Gastroparesis Registry (GpR) is an observational study to clarify the epidemiology, natural history, clinical course, and other outcomes of gastroparesis. The Gastroparesis Registry will also provide a resource to inform the development of clinical trials and ancillary studies of the epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, and impact of gastroparesis."
