I am very happy the guest host thing is slowing down. The anonymous gm has got to go next. Bret was a good GM and should have NEVER been let go.

I'm trying very hard to figure out what the (bleep) emoticon WWE is trying to do with this NEXUS vs WWE Raw 7 on 7 match. Especially now that Edge quit and Jericho lost. Normally I could make some sort of sense out of what they're doing but I'm completely flumoxed. For that matter I'm stunned by the level of push NEXUS is getting.

Finally this anonymous "General Manager" thing is getting really old, really fast. Get a flesh and blood G.M. on the progran.

They apparently released him for the part of the NXT invasion where he choked Justin Roberts with his own tie. When word first broke of his release, many fans thought it was a work and several still do.

What exactly happened- all I got was that he and the WWE parted ways on June 11th, I didn't get any back story.

Was it my imagination or did Tommy Chong (of Cheech and Chong) bear a strong resemblance to the late comic Foster Brooks?

Well the Royal Rumble is over and personally

Now in a previous post I did say Quote: "The only other chance would be to do what they did with Cena a couple of years ago and insert Edge into the rumble. This is a longshot thought at best however." Now the question is will he go after Taker or Shamus? I'm personally hoping for Sheamus so Taker-Michaels can still happen.

Undertaker vs Misterio: Got this one wrong. Undertaker is still large and in charge.

Sheamus vs Orton: Was right but didn't see what the rest of legacy did coming though.

Christian vs Jackson: Was right though to be honest had little interest in this one.

McCool vs James: Was right and happy that I'm right. I think Mickie James is a heck of a wrestler and deserves the championship. Now the fans should deserve matches like (for example) Mickie James vs Gail Kim.

I hope the buildup for Wrestlemania will get me more excited than the buildup was for the Royal Rumble.

Here are a few predictions I have for the upcoming Royal Rumble. Let me know what you think and make your own predictions.

Royal Rumble Winner: Chris Jericho

Undertaker vs Rey Mysterio: Mysterio wins after Shawn Michaels superkicks Undertaker costing him the belt. This will help set up their Wrestlemania match.

Sheamus vs Randy Orton: Got to go with Sheamus because I can't see two male titles switching hands this night.

Christian vs Ezekiel Jackson: Christian. Same reason as mentioned above.

Michelle McCool vs Mickie James: Boy this is a tough one to call. If Ms. James is still in the WWE doghouse because they think she's gotten too pudgy according to reports then it'll be McCool. If she's gotten out of the doghouse go with James. But I've got to make a prediction here so I'll say Mickie James.

OTHER THOUGHTS ON THE WWE:

I'd like to see The Hart Dynasty get a title shot soon at a PPV. I think of the current group of regular tag teams they're the best.

Just one year just to try something fun why not have a 10-15 DIVA Royal Rumble with the same rules as the men?

I miss the cruiserweight division. I feel sorry for the Chavo's and other lighterweight wrestlers who have to fight these monsters just to get squashed.

I also miss the hardcore division. especially the 24/7 rule which led to some of the most amusing moments. Personal favorite when the title changed hands 7 times in 3 hours including Terri Runnel's "win".

I think Shawn Michaels will probably win just so he can fight the Undertaker at Wrestlemania. In the WWE magazine, one of their 2010 predictions is for DX to breakup-makes you wonder. Me and my son always enjoy the Royal Rumble as well. I am also sick of the guest hosts, but did enjoy Brett the Hitman Hart and will enjoy Stone Cold Steve Austin on March 15th.

It is getting closer to the royal rumble. The PPV that for me is usually more enjoyable than Wrestlmania (yeah call me a heritic if you want).

Now with time running down to the event in the past I could usually pick who was going to win the thing. The promo's and interviews given would give a pretty good indication of how the WWE was heading to promote the PPV.

Not that this is always the case. After all who could have forseen John Cena's entry into the rumble a couple of years ago much less winning it.

This year however based on what I'm seeing from Raw, Smackdown, ECW, I have to say the front runner to win this years Royal Rumble is.....

SHAWN MICHAELS

It is well known he want's the deadman at Mania. Well the easiest way for it to happen would be for him to win the rumble, so he could challenge any champion of which Undertaker is one right now. Of course that could potentially lead to a DX breakup. I just haven't seen anybody else putting forth a major effort in their interview or matches to make me think they'd win it outside of Shawn.

The only other chance would be to do what they did with Cena a couple of years ago and insert Edge into the rumble. This is a longshot thought at best however.

So let me know. Do you agree or are you ready to piledrive me.

Personally I am sick and tired of the guest hosts hawking their latest book or whatever some have been good and some just plain stupid lets get back to either a GM or no GM and have more matches

He that is in me is stronger than he that is in the world :-)

It was wonderful to see the return of Bret Hart on RAW this past monday night. I am happy he seems to be so healthy after the ailments he had (stroke). He could still bring a presence when he shows up.

The matches were wonderful to watch as well. DX vs Jericho/Show being my personal #1. Bret's showdown/patching up/forgiveness with Shawn Michaels was too long in coming but still nice to see. I'm also glad MVP will go against Jack Swagger at the Royal Rumble which I look forward to even more than Wrestlemania.

The one thing I didn't like but suspected would happen was McMahon finding a way to screw over Bret one more time. I mean with McMahon how did anybody think the result would be any different?

About the only thing that I could say I didn't give a care about was the Maryse vs Brie Bella fight. After all a much better female match took place earlier in TNA when O.D.B. beat Tara for the women's title. That is why TNA's females are better than WWE's. Because they can wrestle and do it well.

Next week's host is Mike Tyson. My feeling (deep snoring)
