emoticon 80 days logging in, had 7 weeks for fitness but changed my goals and lost the trophy. Argh! Also am doing water again-kicked me out for some reason. Think it has to do with the fact that it was not always working on my blackberry. Everything I do is on a blackberry and was before the new app. It gave me problems. oh well.,

I've been changing my sparkstreaks a bit too much lately. I need fewer and to focus on them more. I just kinda set them up all willy-nilly and then don't think about them until it's too late.

I'm not sure how long some of these streaks are, though, because it looks like they reset at the beginning of the year. I must have messed them up when I was rearranging them for 2010 or something.

I have water intake as a goal on several teams. I ALWAYS drink my water. It's probably the only thing I always do easily. Each team goal shows a different number of days for my water streak, ranging from 0, that is zero, days to 380 days. That's nuts.

Okay, drinking my water and not using a salt shaker. Those are 2 things that come easily.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Okay I have learned something new on here. I didn't know there was a page to manage your streaks!

My longest streak is water for 375 days.

What can I say I like water.

Most of my other streaks always get broken when the Internet is not working or hubby is out of town with the aircard.

How many of you out there do spark streaks, or try to? And what has been your longest in the past?

Mine is logging on to Sparkpeople, and huddling with my teams in the morning every morning, and also getting in log in points. My longest streak for that is 46 days. right now I'm almost to that day. Any other thoughts out there?
