Hello everyone

I've been working out on my elliptical for about 5 weeks, usually 4 times a week. I have also started swimming.

I have been doing it high intensity - a screw dropped off so am waiting for the serviceman to come and sort it out tomorrow.

I am starting to feel GUILTY when I haven't exercised!

On the average, I go about 8-9 miles for 50 mins.

Looking forward to some support. The journey stretches out into the horizon!

Hello everyone, I'm fairly new to SP I joined around the middle of last month and slow I am getting around to checking out the different spark teams. I'm working out on a treadmill and right now I'm doing about 1.25- 1.5 miles in 30 mins. I'm hoping to increase both my time of exercise and the distance I go. I'm also hoping that with frequenting the boards I can keep myself motivated and accountable for exercising.

I took yesterday as my rest day and got up this morning and did only 20 min. of yoga.

I hope to go out early tomorrow morning and get in a long run. Hopefully over 13 miles!

Trying not burn out...WOOHOO! I love it!

Good morning everyone! I'm here, just been a busy weekend and completely forgot to login. However I have not slacked on the work outs. Saturday and Sunday was a much needed rest day after of week of P90X. Yesterday I did Supreme 90 Chest and Back then got on the treadmill and ran for 2.7 miles. Got up this morning and did Supreme 90 Tabata then got on the treadmill and walked for a mile. I'll get another mile in this evening when I meet with my daughter to walk with her. I'm going to try and push her to do 1.5 miles though.

Good morning everyone!

I got up at 4:30 and did p90x legs and back. It was a struggle to get out of bed this morning. It was in the low 40's and the house was cold. I really wanted to stay curled up under my covers. But I'm so glad I pushed myself up and got it done, even though I did almost half of the workout in a light jacket.

I joined our local YMCA last night and, the best part, it's close enough to walk there! I'm looking forward to my first workout tonight - at least 30 minutes on the eliptical or treadmill and a walk to and from the gym. I can't wait!!!! emoticon

Good morning team!

I started a new round of P90X on Friday. Friday I did chest and back, then Saturday I ran a half marathon, Sunday was a much needed rest day. Yesterday I did plyometrics and this morning I got up and did shoulders and arms.
