Why do the messages keep repeating? Anhyhew i am new here and this is my first post. You guys sound pretty fantastic! I have just started training on my treadmill. I havnt gone past 60 Cal. To be honest i barely understand the thing ( lol). Can someone please explain this whole thing about distance and calories etc. Does it mean that the longer i walk the more cal. i will burn while using the treadmill? Are those figures real?

This week I walked 1.25 miles Tuesday thru Friday during my lunch hour. Also got on the treadmill at the gym for 1 hour on Sunday. This is BIG since I fell off the wagon for a while. I'm reading some of what's written on this thread and you guys are an inspiration. Thank you!

I'm going to try an iFit program on my treadmill tonight. Usually just do 45 min @ 3.5 - 5.5 mph but feeling the need to switch things up.

I am tired today and I was not going to exercise until I saw my friends encouraging me, it made me feel so good that I do have friends that care. I got on and went 42 minutes, went 2.17 with the incline up some of the time and I used up 250 calories emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
