HELLO TEAM.....I havent been on spark people in a while BUT I have been working out, eating properly and juicing daily and I feel great!!!!(to say the least)
I REALLY REALLY enjoy Just dance on the xbox connect, its so fun u hardly realize u are working out. YOU learn dance moves sweat vigorously, burn calories & have a good time, all in a workout, no boredum. My 13yr old daughter & i do this 3times per week(sometimes more)for @ least an hour. If your looking for a great work out try just dance im sure u will love it and accomplish your caloric burn also. I also heard michael jackson dance game is a blast of fun also. Have a great week everyone emoticon
