hello everyone :)

i did 4.4 miles on the elliptical today. so wish i had one at home though.

i have been working on the treadmill alot as i am finding that it causes me less pain in my lower back.

since october 18th i have burned 4592 calories. i know a lot of you do way better than that but i think i,m doing well concidering how long i have waited to work up to this level. i,m trying hard for 3 miles every day on the treadmill and i make no excuses to not do the miles.

I first do the elyptical for 45 minutes and then walk "5000" steps which takes about 30 minutes. Today I did not do the eleptical, and instead walked 10,000 steps!! I am feeling really lazy right now, like I just ran a marathon! While I was walking I changed the incline and the speed so I wouldn't get bored. Also was watching a great movie, which helped the time go by. I usually exercise 5 or 6 times a week, and no more than 90 minutes. I have to restrict the time because I HAVE OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and was obsessed with exercize! I would exercize at least 5-6 hours a day! Thank God I am better, but have to be very careful not to overdo it. I love to exercise and have been doing it for 30 yeais!Its become a very important part of every day. I don't like the strength training--really have to discipline myself to do this 3 times a week, and sometimes just don't do it. What about all of you--do you use a treadmill regularly?? Mimi

woo hoo, lol.i did 45 minutes on the treadmill burned about 500 calories. i dont promice to do that everyday, lol. i RARELY get on the scale last time i looked was months ago, ( i swear) anyway i go by my pant size to check my progress. right now i wear MOST size 6 jeans.
