Hello SBBC team,

The message board looks very quiet. :(
I have finally prioritized my own health, and started spinning to get my heart in shape. I think my belly might be getting a tad smaller too. Would love to meet up for workouts, though I'm not sure what sort of shape my knees are in for running.
