Spent quite a bit of my weekend doing squats. Saturday was 10 air squats every time I used the restroom - total of 100 squats. Sunday was some squats and then wall-sits for a total of 8 minutes in the bottom of my squat - this was rough.

One of my favorite strength exercises is planks. It is good for strengthening the whole body and it's a real challenge!

Work with dumb bells - 2 exercises I did were the seated shoulder press and the seated dumbbell tricep extension.

Trying to tone my arms to get ready for warm weather short sleeves...every little bit helps!

I did Booty Sculpt last night that had both upper body exercises like shoulder presses, lateral raises, bicep curls, tricep extensions and lower body squats, hip lifts, and calf raises.

Mica I cannot do walkouts yet because of my shoulder. find it easier to do standing abs like oblique crunches and twists.

Estela I never heard of Clean Week before.

Angela I do slow swims on the ball instead of Superman;abs are weak.

We were displaced for several months while our house's storm damage was repaired, so some things aren't where they are supposed to be...

That was more comfortable than the regular handheld dumbbells I can't find at the moment.

I did shoulder shrugs, biceps curls, and overhead triceps extensions today. 3 sets of 12 reps each. This Tic Tac Toe game is fun! I might start making mine own cards to mix things up when I get bored or in a rut. :)

I did step marches 200 and 3 set12 bicep curl, 20 min recumbent bike yesterday. Also got the 50 spark points. Woo hoo

Not sure today. Went to town. My body hurts so bad from spinal stenosis almost any exercise is more pain. I do as I can because I need to do something!

My first of 2 shares about ST exercises.

I brought my floor mat and dumbbells back to my living room and am using them in the evenings while watching TV, like I used to do. I've begun to use them more for arm exercises, leg exercises, core exercises, and yoga.
