Being at my goal I do go over most days but then I do a lot of exercise

Calorie range is 1800 - 2150

of my exercise calories should I eat?
My normal allowable range is 1200-1550 cals
I have eaten 1267, but I have done 470 cals in the exercise bike. Should I eat some of these or can I realistically stop eating now?
I have not had much success in the past
