Mia - there are plenty of other options, just not those that folk here go to!
There are numerous lo-alcohol beers and wines available, also some no-alcohol beers (I don't know about wines).

By the way - my tracker won't look so good soon. I'm hoping to change the goal figure after the end of the current 5% challenge!

I always drank Lime and Lemonade when I went in to a pub Back home.
I used to do Gin and Lime but it always made my head ache. Once I got over here I was tested for food allergies and I am allergic to sulphites Now it makes me wheeze.
I paid dearly for Rose's Lime and found out it too is loaded with sulphites, Now I use the real deal, limes are plentiful here. I am not limey for nothing, HUGS Pat emoticon emoticon

Christine, good to hear your ideas too. Thx. Seems like I don't have a lot of choice, really. I think soda & lime is my daughter's drink; it comes with ice in a pint sized glass.

If I'm driving, I'll usually order soda water and lime. But you're not keen on sour.
My next go-to would be peppermint tea.

Try iced tea with lemon or lime. Put ice in it and awedge os lemon it willlook like a drink amd if you need to sweeten it Stevia works well Pat in Maine. emoticon

Hi there team!

hope everything here is fine for you :)

I've given up drinking wine (or any alcohol) and don't really know what to order in pubs and restaurants, save diet coke/pepsi, which I don't much like.

I don't like sweetness nor bitterness and I get quite enough water. :) Any ideas? what's your favourite non-alcoholic, low calorie tipple?
