Has anyone tried or is currently doing IF? I have finally found something that is working for me. I went to the Dr. I weighted in at 243 in mid Feb. I went back and weighed in at 226. I watch my carb intake and I walk, but I believe what did it was the intermittent fasting, that's the only thing I changed. I see and try everything that works for someone finally something is working for me
