I had a scrabled egg w/ half slice of cheese, 1 slice of wheat toast, 4 oz orange juice and a small orange.

An omlette:

It was a little under 300 cals. It kept me full most of the morning.

well today I wasnt really hungry so I just had a banna and green tea with splend! but normaly I have one fryed egg,one slice of bacon,a tangerine,and hand ful of spinach..I thinkit s well balanced..

Weight control banana bread oatmeal, with tbsp of black strap molasses(for iron) and tsp of brown sugar to offset molasses taste w/ 16oz of water
