Hi BBQ"s This is my first time checking in for the challenge. So far i have had 32 ozs of water one meal and one snack. I work from 3pm until 11:30 pm so my day starts late and ends late. Most times when i am checking into sparkpages is when i am at work so that does not give me a lot of time. I am trying to do a better job of keeping on track. emoticon

I just joined SP today and found this group! I'm really excited and am onboard with this challenge! I usually workout 3 days a week as a it is. I missed yesterday but got it in today! The water will probably be the hardest part for me but I'll still make the commitment to do it.

I didn't forget about you ladies. The weekend seems to pull me away from SP. I did work out Sat/Sun/Mon for at least 30 mins. I took a rest today because my legs were still extremely sore from my leg workout on Saturday. I may have missed the 8 glass of water once or twice this week, but I'll be sure to hit it tonight. I have been eating regularly as well. Keep up the good work ladies.

I got in 30 minutes of strength training early before work, I walked 2 miles with leg weights on my lunch hour and after dinner digests...I am doing another 30 minutes of cardio before shower and the bed. I intend to slay this challenge!
