emoticon Could have eaten better today
emoticon Did lower body strength-training. W4D1 of C25K finally got to me. I had to modify the workout. I mean...what happened to 4-minute intervals? lol It skipped straight from 3 minutes to 5 minutes. So I had to modify it because I couldn't hang on 5 minutes even when I slowed down. So I guess I'll have a W4 part A&B. So for me, Part A is changing to 4 minute intervals and adding an extra interval at the end. Next week, I'll do the 5 minute interval. But I'm still going to say emoticon

No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I'm ready to live a blessed and healthy life.

Alright my Queens week 4 of the challenge.

It is going to get tougher now not easier. With Spring arriving you are going to have the desire to just kick back and enjoy the weather. You still can do this. For me. I get my workout done early in the morning so I dont have an excuse for life to get in the way. to many things come up through out the day that interfere with you being able to do your workout. Then you tell yourself oh..I will do it tomorrow....and tomorrow never comes and you find your self at the beginning of summer and nothing accomplished. I for one have been there too many times. That is why I am making sure to follow through with this challenge and to help you with it as well. WE can do this...one day at a time.

I am enjoying the sunshine; walked an hour through the park. eating healthy and just staying focused. lots of water; Starting today, I am staying within 1200 - 1500 calories 10 glasses of water, and not eating after 7pm; will walk atleast an hour per day.so far so good!

I had a good week as far as food is concerned. I only made it to the gym onc this week and I have no real excuse--got my hair done, it was raining, I had a late night the night before. Was able to drink my water this week. I have to think about it since I am no longer polluting the environment with 3-5 individual water bottles each day.

Welcome to the challenge, better late than never, I say. When I first started drinking water everyday I had to struggle with it also. But what helped me was I added crystal lite flavor packages to the water and I was able to drink it. Now I can drink water without adding anything to it.
