Linda, The exercising might make you hurt more at first but after a while you well start feeling better. If you can not walk or use the treadmill then make sure to do the stationary bike. I like the recumbent bikes because they do not put pressure on the spine.

Stick with it.

Wanted to say hello.
I have been away from the team most of the summer. But I believe today is the first day of Fall.
Sorry to hear about the upcoming surgery.

I will try to be more of a regular. I am planning to join the YMCA soon. I am not doing well with trying to use walking for my exercise.

Hi All,

Just thought I would check in. Hope you all are well. Summer has gone by too quickly.

Exercise has gone out the window for me with some further health problems. Will have some surgeries on Sept. 30 - so keep me in your thoughts. Nothing too serious.

Please no pity as I have been having an excellent pity party for myself and now need to "buck up."

P.S. Will have to go off Humira and Medrol two weeks before surgery.
