I just need to confess that I flunked this challenge.

It has been a few days since I weighed.
Tomorrow is the day.
I ate really low sodium today....so MAYBE!

I say we should do it every month. Keep us going. I think the scales must be lieing to me because my jeans are obviously telling me the truth.

I spent the weekend in the Mojave Desert. Went to visit my parents and I took our youngest daughter. The desert wildflowers were in full bloom so the normally drab desert was full of color. We also did a lot of hiking and thanks to all the therapy I was able to climb the rocks with Becky.

Hopefully you're feeling ok Mark. Hate those plateau's. I ummmm, chose the wrong week to try this too, but I'm still working at it. If we don't succeed shall we all try again in April?

This has been hard for me this month. Even though I am eating properly and getting a lot more exercise my weight has been stable since December. My Physical Therapist said that it is because I am turning my fat to muscles. I have been losing around my waist. The proof is in that the Jeans that I got for Christmas are all ready falling off if I do not wear a belt. But the weight is not coming down.

I don't know where I stand. I have been eating to much sodium and my feet are still swollen this morning.
I Have Gained 3# instead of lost. Ugggggggg.

There. I have announced it. Now I have to do it.
Spring is arriving. I can get outside.
I need to do some fitness to achieve this goal. It is only 12 days. But I have lost 3 in a week before, although 1 a week is easier.

Anybody want to set a goal for April fools Day?
