Breakfast this morning was Malt-O-Meal (hot cereal) , with a banana and small apple, oh and coffee of course.

It was good yesterday Terri, but I have found that the Malt-O-Meal has less fat and calories and I really like it better.

Yours this morning sounds like heaven and even though I Love, Love, Love english muffins, I can't have them or my blood sugar goes way up. So enjoy my friend!!! emoticon

Terri, we both had oatmeal. Mine was Steel Cut Oats with Chia Seeds & cinnamon. Raw Coconut, on the side, & coffee.

Terri & Carol, both of your's sound really good! I'm so proud for you Carol, 3 pounds emoticon .

I had Malt-O-Meal (hot cereal) yesterday and 3 fried eggs today, both with coffee, then water.

I rejoined WW last week, lost 3 of the 20 I have gained back.....I had a egg beater omelet full of veggies and laughing cow cheese, alittle cottage cheese with blueberries and strawberries, and a english muffin, yummy!!
