I thought we needed a NEW name for this thread and a better explanation of how to use this thread, I sure hope y'all don't mind.

Just replace the month with your Weight and Total Inches. I measure in 11 places, then I just total the inches. This has helped me see how I'm actually doing and maybe it would help you.

5. Bust-
6. Midriff-
7. Waist-
8. Tummy-
9. Hips-
10. Left Thigh-
11. Left Calf-
Total Inches: (?)

This is mine for 2010:
Year 2010, Jan/197.4 lbs~335.5 ins/193.0 lbs~322.0 ins/190.2 lbs~321.75 ins/187.0 lbs~318.75 ins/178.2 lbs~310.75 ins/174.8 lbs~307.25 ins/170.0 lbs~304.0 ins/169.2 lbs~302.0 ins/170.2 lbs~301.5 ins/173.2 lbs/173.2 lbs (I regret that I didn't measure in Nov. & Dec. 2010)

and this year shows that I have gained back about 7.4 pounds and 10.25 Inches overall by subtracting from my highest weight and inches this year from the lowest last year.

Year 2011, 174.2 lbs~311.75 ins/176.6 lbs~307.0 ins/Mar/Apr/May

It is never to late to start keeping records! If you haven't measured maybe you do have a record of your weight each month. If not this is a Great time to start!!!
