no Zumba for me either. But this weekend, I did a lot. Friday I walked 5 miles, Sunday I walked 4 miles, burned garbage, picked up litter (7 bags full and burned most of it), did laundry and vacuumed my whole house. Plus did an ab workout and an hour of aerobics. Picking up litter really worked my glutes, quads and calves. Highly recommended! kim

I went to my 1st local Zumba class tonight only to find they canceled all until the 1st of Sept., bummer...

Aug 3rd 10 mins abs
I need to step it up. I'll try to do a Zumba workout when I get home. I really need it! kim

My Goal is 3 x's a week

Wk One
#1-Fri 7/30-Zumba - low impact - 60 min= 600 cal burned
#2-Sat 7/31-Zumba - low impact - 60 min= 600 cal burned
I forgot to post this yesterday.
#3-Sun 8/1-Walked 1 mile (20 mins) & 45 mins. of Callanetics

You can post it how ever it works best for you. This is new to me too. I am trying to get my mind wrapped around doing exercises everyday again. I hurt my knee on July 3rd and wasn't able to do any exercises for about 3 weeks. My knee is well enough now but my mind set is not quite there. I can do Zumba and Callanetics but I haven't tried walking very far yet. I need encouragement form you guys. That's why I started this challenge.

I like this challenge! How do you want us to post this, by the day or week? I did high impact Zumba 2X this week with water aerobics 1X, walking and riding my bike.

I will set my goal at 240 minutes of cardio a week (4x60). I will also try for 60 mins of weights/abs workout a week broken down into 3 20 minute workouts. I really need to get that into a regular routine. kim

I have decided to make an August challenge for myself and anyone who wants to join me. The first part of the challenge is to have a minimum of cardio minutes that I will do weekly. I have picked 300 cardio mins weekly (1200 mins for the month). This includes any type of cardio (Zumba, walking, jogging, running...of course mostly Zumba!)
