Emily's Totlal Aerobic and weight training. Only burned about 200 calories doing it though according to body bugg. Does anyone LIKE tall box climb? I don't mind the Fanny lifter type work with the weights but just climbing it and the pace it goes is a little frustrating then I don't get my cardio burn. Did Nancy Tucker Calorie Killer two days ago and burned 350 in 45 minutes.
