Thanks Suz for the update. Prayers for you as you deal with your challenges.

My challenge is looking for a new job. There appears to be lots of opportunities. One part of the challenge is finding something that I want to do that excites me. It was time to leave my old job. So, figuring out what I want to do that excites me and then going for it.

Fitness & health challenges lately. It is a catch 22 for me. If I could exercise, i would feel better and if I felt better, I would exercise. lol

I have been trying to walk a little in the morning before work. I don't always have time though. It'a a hassle because I have to use my walker and take my oxygen with me, but lately I have just put the tank in the seat of the walker and it is working out a lot better:)

2015 is the year that I want to stop recovering and start living again!

Aug. 9th, I will start the Ideal Protocol diet. This is a high protein diet where you can lose weight in a healthy way. I hope to have more energy and feel good for a change, and lose weight too!
