I think Lee has revived the general chit chat thread. We are all so busy we aren't posting a lot. Try that. I'm going to give it a different sticky so its at the top.

It's been a long time since I've checked in here! I'm happy to read that you are both busy and doing well:)
I have been working and sleeping a lot and hope to get more active now that it is warm and sunny out. I miss the winter already! It was over 100 degrees all week last week and only in the 90's this week:)
Time to get in the shower and get going....We need a June forum...today is my GD's 15th birthday-whew! It's hard to believe!

2015 is the year that I want to stop recovering and start living again!

Aug. 9th, I will start the Ideal Protocol diet. This is a high protein diet where you can lose weight in a healthy way. I hope to have more energy and feel good for a change, and lose weight too!

I'm here. Its been busy. I've been so focused on getting more and more steps every day and dealing with life, I haven't stopped in.

Moved son home this past weekend. Now, getting him ready to go to his summer job at camp next week.

Loving getting steps, but I'm so Obsessive compulsive that I can't keep getting more and more. LoL. Keeps me active. I got home from work at 9:00 and I just finished walking 3 miles to get all my steps in!

How are you, Lee? And Suz? and everyone else?

My husband had his milestone birthday May 1 and I have a birthday (not a milestone) coming still in May. Also, my anniversary. Lol lots of excuses to eat cake!

Hello Everyone!
To all of the New Members - emoticon !
To the not so new members - emoticon I focused on taxes and have been celebrating a milestone birthday and decided that the computer was lower on my priority list for April. I was still tracking activity when I actually got some good exercise. Some of my time was also spent focusing on getting some things going with work so that I can have the time to give my garden more attention.

So, May is here and I am so ready for Spring to show up for good! I'm in Ohio and it has been fits and spurts here; 70 degrees emoticon ; 40 degrees emoticon . At least the emoticon has stopped for now.

My horoscope says this month health and wellness energy will increase. I am so looking forward to gardening, walking and jogging, and getting my vitamin D from the sunlight. Having fresh berries is going to be great too!

What are all of you doing or looking forward to doing now that the time and weather have changed?
