I sure did! 20 min quick cardio workout. Feeling good!

Just finished a 3 mile power walk with my dog. Next on the agenda 10 mile bike ride as a warm up for P90X..
this evening work out - 2000 M indoor row and Gilad Bodies in Motion workout. |

I did 60 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the Elliptical.

Up at 430am and got my 6.5 miles in before work. Bought mace this week. Safety first!

Although I did not post yesterday i did get 6 miles in before work. Today was the first day all week i didn't go before work. Honestly didn't plan to after work either BUT....who can resist taking an evening stroll with man's best friend? Made it for an hr. HALF the time of your usual work outs ![]()

Went rollerblading for 45 minutes and then came home and walked Baxter for 30 minutes..any longer and I may have had to carry him home.
