Yes one day at a time is my motto as well. Sorry you had to start over, but at least you did. You're back and that's what counts. I hadn't posted here in a while, how are you doing so far this week?

I had hit a plateau and was a bit frustrated but now slowly creeping down again. I had a couple of glasses of wine on Sat then on Sun during the Super Bowl, but I did control my eating, there was just too much junk food lol

Drink lots of water when you drink your wine. I always have lots of iced tea or water with mine. We can do this!!! emoticon

Had to start all over again...but I am AF for 2 days now...considering today is Friday and I didn't have my usual vino w/ dinner - I think that is a success! Now just need to take it day by day...working out as usual - that's not my problem...it's the overeating with the wine. Hopefully will drop a few pounds being AF!

I hear ya, Wanabhot2, I started two weeks ago and have lost 3 lbs, was hoping it would be more by now but am glad that it's going down. I've been exercising a lot and eating the right things, drinking lots of water. No alcohol except for a glass of wine on the weekend. I'll just keep going, I'm sure I'll get there.

Day number 5, did have a couple of drinks at the Block party on Saturday but eating ok and exercising. My goal is to quit drinking altogether.

OMG...with a regiman of running/jogging, and weights, drinking TONS of water and eating LOTs of veggies, fruit and protien I am on my way! lost 6lbs!!!! I know it's mostly water...and alot in 4days...BUT glad to see the scale move! I know that my calorie intake is where it's supposed to so I plan on continuing to do what I'm doing. Let's go team!!! =)

I was disgusted when I stood on the scale!!! Ugh...put on 10lbs in the past 3 wks..stress!! I am so ready to shed these pounds and then many more!!! Way to go to all of you that shed some! Keep it up. We can do this! emoticon

I decided to bump this thread to the top...that IS what we're here for, right? I'm making a conscious effort to weigh in weekly. Even though I weigh myself daily, I think I need the weekly accountability in fron of everyone.

Everybody is doing great!! I lost 1 pound which is fine....but it seems to be taking so long and I never lose more than a pound. I have TOM so am lucky the scale even budged emoticon

I know my eating habits are the issue....I exercise a lot but don't always do well with not eating junk :) Hope everybody is doing wonderful this week so far!!

I weighed in last night and my weight was the EXACT same as it was on 4/3. At least I didn't gain anything though. But this just makes me want to work harder. Now I'm determined to lose 5lbs before the end of the month.

Well, I knew that -5 was too good to be true. Old Aunt Flo was in town and that tends to help for me. This week I'm up 2 lbs from there but still looking at a 3.5 loss in 2 weeks. Not too shabby!

Hang in there Linda! You'll push through it, don't get discouraged. I'm preparing myself for the fact that the loss I'm feeling is probably BECAUSE of where I am in my cycle too so don't beat yourself up, I'm sure I'll go back up in a few days. This is so typical I can't believe it. Went Alcohol free Monday-Thursday, stayed in my calorie range, and except for Monday exercised as planned...and I'm up 2lbs!! Now in my mind I know that this has way more to do with where I am in my cycle...added to a pretty horrible weekend alcohol + calorie wise last weekend...but STILL!!!

Still on a plateau. I am fluctuating between 143 and 147 and have been for almost a year. It is sooooo frustrating. Our athletic trainer told me I need to change my exercise routine, so... over spring break, I am going to try tae bo..... lets see if that works!!

tomorrow is the big morning for me! I am nervous, I have been good all week and working out at the gym, but I peeked this morning and it says I gained a pound! I know it's in the measuring but still!

Yes.... my next 3 weekends are heavily packed in the party department! I'm really going to try and eat a good healthy meal in between, maybe bring a protien bar - and be strong on drinking a glass of water in between drinks!

Great job losing the 2.2, I was off the wagon all weekend, lots of parties so on monday for grins I stepped on the scale, BIG mistake...lets just say I have alot of work to do this weekend!

You can make you fitness and nutrition logs public and we could do a challenge where you had to lets say eat and log within your calorie range and do some sort of exercises that you would have to log.

Sometimes those men cause us more stress than it's worth! I constantly think of the days I was alone and think...hmmmm,
Anyway, we're glad your back and lets lose those 10 hey! I am on a mission to lose 18 by my birthday in May...hopefully more but I want it the healthy way! of course the doc. just put my on prednisone so we shall see how well that goes with weight loss! UGH,

I gained a whopping 10lb since my computer died, and deciding that my boyfriend just was not right for me. I was drinking loads every day and feeling that something is wrong with me because I can't find a partner, but no more, now I am positive and determined to reach my goals.

Up a pound! ugh... the week before was up 2oz.
I don't want to move my ticker back! up!!! I just started last week some levoxryl and metformlin as I was diagnosed w/ Pcos, Insulin resistance and Hashimoto's disease. so... hopefully those will start helping too - or more importantly.... helping me feel better!

for last weeks weigh-in... a gain of 2oz wich is okay! I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroidism and also PCOS. I start some meds tomorrow.... just want to feel better, but hopefully the weight wont be so much of a battle.
