Try looking through the exercise articles. They have a lot of them with videos and some are about stretching. I'm sure you can find one that will work.

I can feel the muscle move when I point my toe and then drop my heel (back and forth), whether it is a stretch or just moving the muscle I don't know Hope it helps

...how to stretch the shins? They are REALLY tight this week from working out, and I feel like I need to stretch them before it turns into full on shin splints!
