01/15/2009 216.2 this morning. I sure hope I can start down again this week. Was glad that I didn't gain more than 3 lbs over the holidays but it seems to be taking longer to come off ever since.

Go to your start page and where it says Weigh In put your today's weight and save. I don't do it by pounds lost but I think Spark will calculate that for you.

Ok if anyone can tell me how to get my marker to move that would be great. I set it up last year and then was not active for awhile after the birth of my daughter and I just do not remember how the weight tally that I have on my posts work or how to change it. HELP!

I am starting Spark People again. I've been offline for a year, with the birth of my second son. I gained no weight during the pregnancy, and lost 10 pounds with the birth of my son, so I'm no worse than before. My goal is to get to my desired weight by my birthday next year. So today is a new beginning.

Try weaning yourself off slowly, rather than cold turkey. Use the small cans instead of the 12 oz, or drink a coke zero instead.

Friday is the day, Started Jan 1st. Some can not post on Friday or they weigh in at tops or WW on a different day. Anything from Thursday until the next Wednesday will be put on the Friday before unless otherwise noted. We have over 80 challengers and it is hard to determine what week they are weighing in for or if it is their starting weight. You can start anytime just always be sure and say I am starting today and this is my starting weight. Clear as mud??
